October 12
At 11:17 p.m., an officer responded to a report of a theft involving a person not paying for cab ride. A suspect has been identified and will be contacted.

october 13
At 9:40 a.m., an officer observed a male party walking that he recognized. A warrant check was performed and the male was found to have active warrants for his arrest. The male was arrested.

october 14
At 7:03 p.m., officers made contact with a female party who had an active warrant for her arrest. She was taken into custody and was transported to the jail.

october 15
At 4:15 p.m., officers were dispatched to a suspicious activity complaint. The caller advised there were juveniles inside of a local park pavilion. Officers located the door and window unlocked the pavilion and there was damage inside the pavilion and it appeared as though someone attempted to burn garbage inside. The investigation is ongoing.

October 16
At 1:52 a.m., officers located a vehicle parked in a city park after hours. The driver was found unconscious but awoke after numerous officer attempts. The female was displaying abnormal behavior, was uncooperative with officers and was issued a citation for park curfew.

At 12:02 p.m., officers responded to a local gas station and were advised of a theft which occurred on 10/10/19. The officer reviewed the in-store surveillance and identified a female party who stole two bottles of wine. The female party was located and issued a citation for retail theft.

October 17
At 1:27 a.m., officers responded to a report of a disturbance at a private residence. It was determined that a male party had broken a window at the residence and pushed a female party who was at the residence. It was further learned that the male had placed a juvenile female in a headlock causing injuries. The male was arrested and transported to jail for Disorderly Conduct as well as Physical Abuse to a child.

At 10:55 a.m., an officer took a report of a theft of Halloween decorations from a residence in the city.

At 3:49 p.m., an officer responded to a residence for a report of a male subject that was present at the residence where an individual that he was not allowed to have contact with based off of an open court bond. The officer responded and located the male subject at the residence, as well as the party he was not allowed to have contact with being present as well. He was taken into custody for one count of felony bail jumping and possession of drug paraphernalia.

October 18
At 7:17 a.m., an officer responded to a theft complaint. The caller advised they had numerous lawn decorations stolen from their yard.

At 8:03 p.m., an officer responded to a theft complaint. A female party had dropped her debit card by a gas pump and it was picked up by a male party. Contact was made with the male party who initially advised he threw away the debit card but eventually turned it over to police. He gave the officer his cousin’s name for identification but he was later properly identified by the officer. The male was arrested for felony bail jumping and misappropriation of identification and encouraging a probation violation.

October 19
At 9:55 p.m., officers responded to a report of a possible underage drinking party. Upon investigating the party, officers located a male who was in violation of his probation rules. The male was arrested for a probation violation.

October 20
At 10:08 p.m. an officer responded to a residence for a report of items stolen from within a vehicle.

At 10:56 p.m., officers were dispatched to a residence for a reported domestic disturbance that had occurred. During the course of the investigation, the male subject admitted to striking the female party. The male was arrested for domestic disorderly conduct.
