The Friends of Vincent Foundation, Inc. recently helped the Merrill Backpack for Kids program with a donation of $2000 worth of backpacks, earbuds, notebooks, pencils and other necessary items.
The Friends of Vincent Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit organization who’s mission is to help youth and youth groups in Merrill and the surrounding communities. Every year the Friends of Vincent holds the very popular Haunted Sawmill event to raise funds to benefit the community. This year the Haunted Sawmill will be open every Friday and Saturday in October and Halloween night. The theme of the Haunted Sawmill this year is “Unveiled Fairy Tales” which will feature your favorite stories twisted into scary Halloween versions. Follow the Haunted Sawmill on Facebook or on their website for more information.
