As of Monday, Aug. 12, Fred Bradley has been named Circulation Manager for the Merrill Foto News and Wausau Times and Buyers Guide.
A native of Chicago, Bradley brings 11 years of print media circulation to his new position.
Prior to accepting the postion with the Foto News and Buyers Guide, Bradley worked as a circulation director for a paid newspaper in Bend, Oregon, managing a circulatioon of 14,000 newspapers daily and 95 motor delivery routes. Other previous experience includes circulation management for another paid newspaper on the east coast, managing a circulation of 17,000 newspapers daily.
“I’m happy to be back in Wisconsin,” Bradley states.
“Moving back closer to my family was a big reason why I began looking for opportunities in this area. I have family both in the Milwaukee and Racine areas, and Chicago. It’s nice to be back here closer to them and I’m happy to be working for a free weekly publication. I think paid daily newspapers are on their way out and free, weeklies will be the future of the newspaper industry.”
