Church Mutual donations send 38 veterans on Honor Flight

To date, Church Mutual Insurance Company ‘jean day’ donations have raised enough money to send 38 veterans from Merrill on the Never Forgotten Honor Flight.
On Friday, May 17, members of the Church Mutual Employees’ Association Jean Day Committee presented the latest contribution, a check for $2,916 to Jim Campbell, VP of Marketing for the Never Forgotten Honor Flight. Church Mutual employees contributed $1,458, with the company providing a dollar-for-dollar match.
A total of 152 veterans from Merrill have gone on the flights so far. Honor Flights are scheduled four times a year, with 49 veterans from Merrill currently on the waiting list.
