On Wednesday, May 15, River Valley Bank and IncredibleBank announced Glendon Peterson was named to the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Peterson, a 15-year veteran of the bank, has held various finance positions at River Valley and was most recently Senior Vice President – Controller.
In his new role, Peterson will be responsible for the bank’s capital, financial planning, reporting, and projecting/accounting practices as well as its relationship with lending institutions, auditors, shareholders, and the financial community. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of Wisconsin – Lacrosse and is a Certified Public Accountant. Previous to his work at River Valley, Peterson spent six years at the national accounting firm, Wipfli, LLP, where his area of practice included auditing financial institutions.
