Jean (Sam) L. Oleson, 75 of Walla Walla, WA, passed to her heavenly home on Apr. 23, 2019 at Park Manor Rehab Center, in the care of Hospice Services. She was born on Aug. 14, 1943 in Wauwatosa, WI. She married the late Charles W. Oleson on Oct. 28, 1977. Jean was employed by the Dept. of Corrections at Lincoln Hills School and she enjoyed playing pool.
Jean is survived by five children: Tami Schult (Martyn Tessmer) of Racine, WI, Scott Schult of Wausau, Juli Lezotte of Merrill, Rodney Oleson of Mosinee, Floyd (Heather) Oleson of Milton-Freewater, OR; three stepchildren: IdaJo (Philip) Knospe, Linda (Brian) Sukow and Eugene (Marcia) Oleson all of Merrill; over 30 grandchildren; three brothers: Bob, Gene, and Jack Raatz. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Charles, a sister Terry Liss, and two grandchildren: Jeremiah and Heidi Schult.
