April 15
At 2:51 pm, officers responded to a two vehicle crash. One vehicle had attempted to conduct a left hand turn from the right hand lane on a one way street. That vehicle was struck by a vehicle in the other lane of traffic on the one way street. The driver conducting the turn was cited for unsafe lane deviation.

April 16
At 1:57 pm, an officer responded to a theft complaint. The caller had money stolen from his wallet. Investigation is ongoing.

At 4:00 pm, officers responded to the office of Probation and Parole to take a male party into custody for a probation violation. The male was taken into custody and was transported to the jail for the probation violation.

April 17
Three individuals were taken into custody at the request of the offices of Probation and Parole for various probation violations. All parties were then transported to the Lincoln County Jail.

April 18
At 9:38 pm, an officer conducted a traffic stop on Center Avenue on a vehicle for defective tail lamps. While conducting the traffic stop, the occupants of the vehicle appeared to be not of legal drinking age and appeared impaired. Upon further investigation, the odor of marijuana could be detected emanating from the vehicle resulting in a vehicle search. Found during the search was drug paraphernalia including a gas mask as well as some DAB. The items were taken as evidence and the individual is being cited for these offenses.

April 19
At 12:23 am, an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle. The passenger was found to have two warrants for his arrest. The male was placed under arrest for the warrants. The female driver was cited for a traffic violation.

April 20
At 2:14 am, officers were dispatched to a possible intoxicated driver. The caller was following a vehicle which had crossed the center line and almost struck a vehicle. The vehicle struck a sign and light pole and did not stop. Officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and the driver displayed signs of intoxication. The driver was placed through field sobriety tests and was arrested for operating while intoxicated, 1st offense. He was also cited for hit and run and open intoxicants in a vehicle.

At 7:46 am, an officer responded to a theft complaint. The caller reported her daughter had parked a scooter while they went for a walk. When they returned, the scooter had been taken. No suspects at this time.

April 21
At 2:53 pm, officers responded to a disorderly conduct complaint. The caller advised his niece was at the residence and was out of control and was throwing things around. Officers made contact at the residence and one female was detained. After an investigation was completed, the female was arrested for domestic disorderly conduct, domestic battery, and criminal damage to property.

At 4:19 pm, an officer was dispatched to a hazardous situation complaint. The anonymous caller advised they observed an adult male and female riding a motorcycle with a small child on the motorcycle without a helmet. The officer located the motorcycle and conducted a traffic stop. The driver was cited for operating a motorcycle with more than two occupants and for operating a motorcycle with a passenger under 18 years of age without headgear.

At 4:57 pm, an officer was dispatched to a garbage dumping complaint. The caller advised they observed a male party throw carpet and fencing into the river and they had photographs of the incident, the male and the license plate on the vehicle. Contact was made with the registered owner of the vehicle who denied the incident and stated no one else had access to the vehicle. The owner was cited for garbage dumping.

At 6:24 pm, officers were dispatched to a disorderly conduct complaint. The caller advised their neighbor created a disturbance earlier in the day when he asked for a ride and they refused to do so. The neighbor swore in front of a small child and then continued to scream, yell and throw things around in his apartment continuing the disturbance. The neighbor refused to step outside to speak with officers but spoke to them through the door. At 8:18 pm, the neighbor created another disturbance at the duplex by yelling at the neighbors through their window. He admitted to his behavior. The male party was informed he was going to be charged with disorderly conduct.
