Ascension’s Clark garners AEMS Fellowship

A Central Wisconsin Emergency Medicine Physician has achieved Fellow status from the Academy of Emergency Medical Services (AEMS).
Michael Clark, M.D., Emergency Medicine Physician at Ascension St. Clare’s Hospital, Weston, Ascension St. Michael’s Hospital, Stevens Point and Ascension Good Samaritan Hospital, Merrill is among the class of 53 members who recently received the honor from the National Association of EMS Physicians (NAEMSP).

Clark is the first physician from an Ascension Wisconsin facility to earn fellow status from AEMS and is joined by 14 other Emergency Medicine Physicians in Wisconsin as fellows. Less than 300 physicians across the country have been awarded the designation.

NAEMSP® is an organization of physicians and other professionals partnering to provide leadership and foster excellence in EMS.
