January 7
12:49 a.m.- Officers responded to a suspicious person complaint. The caller advised a male party was attempting to get into an apartment where he was not welcome. Officers made contact with the male party who was intoxicated. The male party was found to have two open bonds, one of which requires absolute sobriety and a curfew restriction. The male party was taken into custody for felony bail jumping. He was also charged with misdemeanor bail jumping.

10:55 a.m.- An officer responded to a theft complaint. The caller advised they had items stolen from them that were now located at a pawn store. Contact was made with the pawn store who confirmed they had the stolen items. Investigation is ongoing.

January 8
12:06 p.m. An officer responded to a gas skip complaint. The gas station employee advised a male party had not paid for fuel he pumped. Contact was made with the male party who advised he thought his girlfriend had paid for the fuel. He returned to the gas station and paid for the fuel.

1:39 p.m.- Officers responded to the office of Probation and Parole to take a male party into custody on a probation violation. The male was transported to the jail.

January 9
10:03 a.m.- An officer responded to a domestic incident involving a husband and wife. During the incident the female’s foot was accidently run over while the male was attempting to leave. A report has been forwarded to the DA’s office for their review.

11:22 p.m.- An officer responded to the 300 block of Pine Ridge Avenue after an argument was witnessed between a male and female. When the female was asked if she needed help she advised to call the police. Upon law enforcement arrival the parties were already gone. A welfare check was sent to surrounding agencies to attempt to locate and check the welfare of the involved parties.

January 10
8 p.m.- An officer conducted a traffic stop on vehicle traveling in excess of 40 mph in the Walmart parking lot. The driver was stopped and found to have a concealed pistol located in the vehicle. The officer referred charges to the district attorney’s officer for carrying a concealed weapon without a permit and the driver was issued citations for operating after suspension fourth offense, disorderly conduct with a motor vehicle and operating without insurance.
