Back when she was in kindergarden, Jenna Becker received an evergreen tree at school on Arbor Day. Jenna decided to plant her tree at her Grandpa’s house where it has flourished for many years.
However, the tree had now outgrown the area where it was planted, and the decision was made to cut it down.
Jenna decided to donate the tree to HAVEN because she wanted the people staying in shelter to be happy and have a Merry Christmas.

Some of the ornaments placed on the tree were recently made by HAVEN clients. Staff, volunteers, and clients all helped put up the tree and decorate it.
