Recently, participants at the After the Bell program completed a Thanksgiving service project. Program participants made turkeys and then filled them with candy. The turkeys were then donated to Meals on Wheels so they could be delivered to a local resident with one of their meals.
The After the Bell program is funded and supported by individuals and organizations throughout the Merrill community. Service projects like this are one way the youth involved give back to the community.
