Merrill native Chris Cortright hosted the third annual Darts for Vets dart tournament to raise money for the Never Forgotten Honor Flight. This year the tournament yielded $2,000 for the Honor Flight.
Chris is a member of Merrill Area Darts (MAD) as well as the Central Wisconsin Dart Association and is grateful for all of the community support saying, “First of all I would like to thank All Aboard, Plautz’s Pub, Eagles Club and Midwest Amusements. Without them this tournament wouldn’t be possible. I would also like to thank all of the small businesses around Merrill for their donations, I would not be able to do this without them, thank you all.”
