The Prairie River Musician of the month for October is Luke Rice, an 8th grade percussionist with the PRMS band.
Luke is constantly striving to do better and because of this attitude he has become an outstanding role model and leader. His quiet demeanor and intense focus are attributes all the students can look up to. His work on both the drums and mallets makes the rehearsal easier for the rest of the students in class.
Luke is the son of Corrie Rice and Vicky Rice.
We are pleased to have Luke in the PRMS Band and we look forward to seeing and hearing the progress he makes in a school year worth of time.
