Caleb Norton has been named Prairie River Middle School Musician of the Month for September. According to the PRMS band instructors, Caleb is hard-working, dedicated, reliable, and determined.
He is the son of Rodney and Jennifer Norton. Caleb is an eighth grade alto saxophone player with the PRMS band. He played trombone until the end of 7th grade when he was asked to switch to alto saxophone. Caleb took on the challenge and learned a new instrument, going from a brass to a woodwind, in a different clef, and he accomplished all this in two months.
Caleb is a valuable part of the PRMS band and he sets a great example of what hard work can earn.
