September 11
7:20 p.m.- An officer responded to a garbage dumping complaint. The caller advised her daughter observed a male party place construction type garbage into their dumpster. The male and female began arguing and the male removed the garbage from the dumpster.
9:44 p.m.- Officers responded to a call regarding a female who had a warrant for her arrest. Probation and Parole wanted a female arrested for a probation violation. Contact was made with the female who was taken into custody.
September 12
12:48 p.m.- A caller reported he had money stolen from him from a nursing home. Investigation continues.
1:47 p.m.- A domestic disturbance was reported at an apartment complex. Contact was made with a male and female and it was found the male was in violation of a no-contact rule as part of an open bond. He was arrested for four counts of felony bail jumping.
2:07 p.m.- A male was arrested for a probation violation at the request of the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
9:17 p.m.- A caller reported a possible domestic disturbance after hearing a male yelling inside an apartment. Contact was made with the man who was yelling out of his open window as he was upset as he felt a neighbor stole some change from him. He was intoxicated and found to be on probation violating his rules of absolute sobriety. He was arrested for the probation violation.
11:55 p.m.- An employee at a gas station reported a male was in the parking lot for two hours and was asleep or passed out. Contact was made with the man who stated he was waiting to meet someone. He also felt the time was 6 p.m. The K9 was deployed and indicated a positive alert to the odor of drugs coming from the vehicle. Numerous items of methamphetamine paraphernalia were located in his vehicle and he was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. He was arrested for possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and several counts of bail jumping.
September 13
10:31 a.m.- A male was arrested for a probation violation at the request of the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
2:41 p.m.- A female was arrested for a probation violation at the request of the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
5:48 p.m.- A female came to the PD to turn herself in on a warrant she had through the city of Merrill. She was taken into custody for that warrant.
6:41 p.m.- A caller reported her son’s ex-girlfriend came to their residence which is in violation of a bond. This was confirmed to be a bond condition for the female. Officers located the female a short time later when she went to her ex-boyfriend’s place of employment demanding to see him. She was arrested for several counts of bail jumping.
