LWV to host voter information meeting
The Nov. 6, 2018 midterm election may be the most important election in U.S. history, and it is crucial that all eligible voters be heard. The League of Women Voters of the Northwoods will meet Sept. 11 to present information to the public on Voter Registration and how we all can help our family, friends, and neighbors self-register to vote.
The informational meeting will be held from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Rhinelander Senior Center Balsam Room, 100 W. Keenan St., Rhinelander.
The League of Women Voters neither supports nor opposes candidates for office at any level of government. The League, a nonpartisan organization, has fought since 1920 to improve U.S. systems of government and impact public policy through education and advocacy.
