Motorists on US 51, in Lincoln County, can expect to encounter weekday, moving lane closures beginning Thursday, Oct. 12.
The lane closures are necessary for crews to complete routine bridge maintenance on nine bridges. Motorists should prepare to slow down and watch for merging vehicles.
All work is scheduled for completion before the end of the day, Monday, Oct. 16. The schedule is subject to change based on weather conditions and construction progress.
