The public is invited to vote for their favorite photos in the 3rd Annual Council Grounds State Park Photo Contest. The contest is organized by the Park’s Friends group. A display of the top three photos in each category, along with voting ballots, will be at the Park Contact Station from Aug. 15 to Sept. 15 and at the T.B. Scott Library from Sept. 1 to Sept. 15.
