Austin Burgener was recognized at the annual hockey awards banquet recently, for being the all time scoring leader in Merrill hockey history. Burgener accounted for 121 total points during his high school hockey career. He also received the Playmaker award, the Hat Trick award for 5 goals in 1 game and was named Most Valuable Offensive Player of the Year for the Bluejacks this past season.
