Breaking News: Deputy cleared in Feb. 27 shooting

Tuesday morning, Lincoln County District Attorney Galen Bayne-Allison announced no charges would be filed related to a Feb. 27 shooting involving Lincoln County Deputy Sam Steckbauer, in the town of Corning.
