A 36-year-old Tomahawk woman was arrested Monday evening after deputies responded to a report of trespassing in the Town of Bradley. At 8:30 p.m., a caller reported an unwanted person was on property off of County Rd. E. She was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct along with two misdemeanor counts of bail jumping for violating previous bonds in Lincoln County Court. The woman was brought to the Lincoln County Jail where she was also held on a probation hold.

A 38-year-old Merrill man was arrested Tuesday afternoon on a warrant charge. The man appeared in Lincoln County Court and a check showed he was wanted for failing to pay child support.

A 46-year-old Merrill man was arrested Thursday evening on a disorderly conduct charge. Deputies responded to a report of a disturbance at a residence on in the Town of Corning at 6:30 p.m. Deputies learned the man damaged a door after a verbal dispute.

Snow once again caused problems on the roadways on Sunday. The first slide off was reported at about 9:30 a.m. on State Rd. 17. A total of 16 slide offs and six property damage crashes were investigated. Troopers from the Wisconsin State Patrol assist with incidents on US Hwy. 51 and US Hwy. 8.

The number of deer crashes remains steady with a dozen being reported.
