On the morning of November 6 , officers responded to a Disorderly Conduct complaint on West Main Street.
Upon arrival, officers met with the reporting party who indicated being involved in an incident with 29-year old Eddie Vaughn Jr. earlier in the morning.
The reporting party indicated Vaughn had become upset and ‘took a swing’ at the reporting party, striking the victim in the shoulder.
According to officer notes, Vaughn was found to be on probation and in violation of conditions of his probation. Contact was made with Vaughn on Sunday afternoon, at which point he was taken into custody as a result of a hold being placed by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections-Probation and Parole and a charge of Disorderly Conduct.
