Tracey Dittmar, 44 of Merrill– was charged November 1 with Felony-Possession of Methamphetamine as well as Misdemeanor charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; two counts of Bail Jumping and 4th Offense-OWI.
According to court records, Dittmar was the operator of a vehicle which was involved in a Hit and Run crash in the city of Merrill on October 31.

Dittmar was reportedly found a short time later in the driver seat of a vehicle matching that of the vehicle identified as being involved in the crash. Dittmar reportedly admitted to being involved in the Hit and Run incident.
During contact with investigating officers, Dittmar reportedly displayed lethargic behavior and the odor of intoxicants was reportedly discovered on Dittmar’s breath. Dittmar submitted to Standardized Field
Sobriety Testing which she did not pass in a satisfactory manner. Upon a search of Dittmar’s vehicle, a white crystal-like substance was reportedly discovered, which later tested positive for Methamphetamine. In addition, glass pipes commonly used to consume Methamphetamine were also found in the vehicle.
