October 31
3 p.m.- Officers responded to a hit and run complaint. The caller advised a vehicle had struck a street sign and left the scene with damage to the vehicle and a flat tire. The vehicle was located at a residence and contact was made with the female who was in the driver’s seat. The female displayed signs of intoxication and was placed through field sobriety tests. The female failed the tests and was arrested for Operating while Intoxicated, 4th offense. She was also arrested for hit and run, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine, and two bail jumping charges.

November 1
9:23 a.m.- An officer took a complaint of a stolen bicycle. The bicycle was stolen overnight and there are no suspects at this time. Investigation is ongoing.

November 2
2:21 p.m.- An officer located a male party at Walmart and he was found to have a warrant for his arrest. The warrant was confirmed and he was taken into custody without incident.

November 3
7:59 a.m.- Officers took a male custody into custody for a probation violation. He was transported to the Lincoln County Jail without incident.

9:36 a.m.- An officer was made aware of a disorderly conduct incident that had occurred at a business located within the 100 block of Prospect Street. The investigating is ongoing.
