RELM (Rotary Emerging Leaders), the Sawmill Brewing Company and Navieve Fromagerie will be offering a cheese and beer pairing class at the Sawmill Brewing Company, 1110 E. 10th St. in Merrill, on Saturday, Nov. 5, with two time options. The time options will be 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. Space per class is limited to the first 30 people registered. Walk-ins will be accepted only until the class is full. The price of admission is $10 per person and includes beer provided by the Sawmill Brewing Company and the cheese class provided by Navieve Fromagerie, four cheese samples, documentation materials, and a flight of beer. A campfire social will follow the class.
The campfire social is open to as many people as are interested in having some fun with fun people!
