Felony charges filed Lincoln County Circuit Court
Eric J. Woller, 38 of Irma– was charged October 12 with a Felony charge of 1st Degree Sexual Contact with Person under the age of 13 and a 2nd Felony charge of 1st Degree Sexual Intercourse with Person under the age of 12.
According to court records, deputies responded to a report of a sexual assault of a child on October 10 in rural Lincoln County.
Upon further investigation, it was discovered Woller allegedly had engaged in sexual contact on several occasions with an 11 year old female party, beginning this past summer. Woller reportedly denied having sexual contact with the victim.
Brenda Broeking, 52 of Merrill– was charged October 12 with Misdemeanor charges of Receiving or Concealing Stolen Property (value below $2,500) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
According to court records, Broeking was found to be in possession of Halloween related items on October 7, which had been reported stolen by an area business. During a search of Broeking’s residence on October 11 by agents of the Wisconsin Department of Corrections-Division of Probation and Parole, several items of drug paraphernalia were discovered including; a ledger containing prices and sizes of prescription pills, unused syringes, tourniquets and a 100 gram scale.
Timothy A. Slozes, 33 of Merrill– was charged October 12 with Misdemeanor charges of Battery and Disorderly Conduct.
According to court records, Slozes was involved in an altercation in the City of Merrill on October 11, during which he reportedly became physical with another party. Slozes reportedly pushed the other party during two seperate altercations. The victim in the case reportedly sustained injury as a result of the altercations.
