Kids look forward to Halloween for many reasons. They like the dressing up in costumes, but mostly they like it for the candy and treats! Who wouldn’t? Even some adults still like to go trick or treating. It makes them feel young and happy again.
Make your child’s Halloween a memorable holiday and they’ll have good memories that last a lifetime. If you are taking your kids out for the night, consider taking your children to a safe and controlled environment. The Merrill Optimist Club has sponsored candy to be distributed on Oct. 31 at the following sites in Merrill:
•3-4:30 p.m. at Pine Crest Nursing Home (Merrill)
•5-7 p,m, at Park Place
•5-7 p.m. at Bell Tower
•5-7 p.m. at Jenny Towers
