Michael A. Dimmick- 36 of Tomahawk, was charged July 11 with multiple felony charges including 2nd Degree Sexual Assault with Use of Force, False Imprisonment and Burglary to a Dwelling.
According to court records, Dimmick was reportedly involved in an incident in the city of Tomahawk on July 9, during which Dimmick reportedly made unwanted sexual contact with the victim, while pinning the victim’s arms down. The victim was reportedly able to break free and escape to her residence. Dimmick reportedly followed, made entry into the victim’s residence and made another sexual advance while pinning the victim against a wall. Dimmick reportedly refused to release the victim but later departed the victim’s residence when the victim began ‘screaming’ for help as loudas she could., according to a police report from the incident.
