Currently, the school board is accepting resumes’ until July 19, 2016 for the limited term vacancy that was created by Jeff Hetfeld. The Board of Education will interview for that vacancy on July 27, 2016.
Since providing notice, another board member, John Shull, has resigned. Board President, Jen Seliger, would like to inform the community that they may choose two individuals to fill both vacancies at the July 27 meeting.
An elector desiring to be a candidate for this position must file a letter of interest and resume’ at the Merrill Area Public School District Office, 1111 N. Sales St., Merrill, prior to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, July 19. Two written questions will also be asked to be completed before the interviews on July 27.
