National recording artist Spencer Kane returns to OTTS Garage

Spencer Kane will be returning to perform at OTTS Garage on July 25 at 7 p.m.. Tickets are just $6 at the door. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.

Spencer is a pop R&B singer as well as a television and film actor most recently appearing in God’s Not Dead 2 and Camp Cool Kids. He became the newest member of the Nashville-based group, Anthem Lights. Anthem’s American Medley video on youtube has reached over 9 million views.

Spencer last came to Merrill in October 2015 when Merrill area schools, together with OTTS Garage Teen Center, hosted him for three daytime presentations and an evening concert. Spencer presented to middle and high school students as a national spokesman for PACER (Parent Advocacy Coalition for Educational Rights) organization’s National Bullying Prevention Center and presented the four types of bullying to be aware of and avoid. He also encouraged them to make positive life choices as teenagers, warning them of the pitfalls of peer pressure. The evening concert was performed in front of a sold-out crowd at OTTS Garage.

When Spencer returns on July 25, he will be performing songs off his new album set to release the previous Friday. The album, titled New Level, is Spencer’s third studio album and represents a new style and artistry rooted in smooth R&B not traditionally found in the Christian music industry. A public meet and greet with Spencer will follow the concert. More information and music videos can be seen on www.facebook.com/OTTSGarage.

OTTS Garage is open during the summer on Wednesday nights from 6-9 p.m. Middle school and high school students are invited to socialize and play a number of games including pool, air hockey, carpetball and video games. Food will also be provided every week.
