12:42 p.m.- An officer investigated a theft complaint in the 1500 block of O’Day Street. The investigation is ongoing.
May 28
Officers responded to a property damage complaint on Genesee Street. As a result, a juvenile will be cited for property damage after damaging a window on a building.
9:45 p.m.- Officers located a stolen vehicle on East 1st Street. Officers stopped the vehicle, however the suspect fled at a high rate of speed. A high speed pursuit occurred and the suspects eventually fled on foot. The investigation is ongoing in reference to apprehending the suspects involved.
9:55 p.m.- Officers investigated a theft complaint at 101 N. Center Ave. The suspect has been identified and the investigation is ongoing.
May 29
12:33 a.m.- Officers responded to the 300 block of Foster Street for a fight. As a result, a male was arrested for Substantial Battery and was taken to the jail.
11:22 a.m.- A male came to the Fire Department to seek assistance with alcohol dependency. An officer arrived and found that the male had driven from Schofield to Merrill and appeared intoxicated. The male was arrested for OWI and driving without a driver’s license.
