Search warrant yields felony drug charges for Tomahawk man

Chyloe A. Lamarr, 22, Merrill, was charged May 4 with two counts of misdemeanor-Battery and a misdemeanor charge of Disorderly Conduct. According to court records, LaMarr was reportedly involved in an altercation on Sept. 21, 2015 in the City of Merrill. in which she reportedly shoved and punched one party several times, then repeatedly kicked and punched another party.

Jesse T. Thiel, 32, Merrill, was charged May 2 with 3 Felony counts of Failure to Pay Child Support 120 days+ and a misdemeanor charge of Failure to Pay Child Support less than 120 days.

Terrence F. Jones, 36, Tomahawk, was charged May 2 with Felony-Possession of THC and Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. According to court records, on April 29, 2016, officers of the Tomahawk Police Department executed a search warrant on Jones’ residence in the city of Tomahawk, in which a quantity of marijuana was discovered as well as numerous items of drug paraphernalia including pipes, a digital scale and grinder.

Sentencing(s)
Joseph C. Gleason, 45, Merrill, was convicted May 14 of Felony-Operating While Intoxciated 4th offense/within 5 years, by result of a plea agreement. According to court records, Gleason was involved in a traffic stop by Merrill officers on May 13, 2014 in which he was the operator of a vehicle and reportedly found to be under the influence of marijuana. Gleason was sentenced to serve 182 days in the Lincoln County Jail to commence immediately with Huber privileges; 26 month revocation of driving privileges; AODA assessment and follow through with recommended treatment; counseling as recommended by Probation & Parole agent and mandated use of ignition interlock device for 26 months.
