Felony charges filed Lincoln County Circuit Court

Jeremey C. Pufahl-24 of Merrill, was charged April 26 with Felony charges of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of an Unconscious Victim and Capturing an Image of Nudity.

Travis D. Friske-32 of Tomahawk, was charged April 26 with three Felony counts of 1st Degree Sexual Assault of a Person under the age of 13.

Aaron C. Dziura-35 of Tomahawk, was charged April 25 with multiple felony drug related charges; two counts of Manufacture/Deliver Amphetamine and single counts of Manufacture/Deliver Non-Narcotics and Manufacture/Deliver Prescription Drug.

Erik L. Stevenson-38 of Merrill, was charged April 20 with Felony charges of Possession of Methamphetamine; Possession of THC and misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
According to court records, Stevenson was reportedly involved in a traffic stop by Merrill officers on September 9th of this year, after officers reportedly discovered the license plates on Stevenson’s vehicle had been altered. Stevenson reportedly attempted to flee officers before being stopped and taken into custody. Following a search of the vehicle, officers located 2 grams of marijuana, a pipe commonly used to smoke marijuana as well as a glass smoking pipe with a white residue which later tested positive for Methamphetamine. Two additional plastic bags were discovered which also contained trace amounts of Methamphetamine; totaling 1.2 grams of Methamphetamine,

Zachary T. Narlock-17 of Tomahawk, was charged April 19 with Felony Repeated Sexual Assault of same child (At least 3 violations of 1st Degree Sexual Assault) and Felony-Causing a child aged 13-18 to view sexual activity.

Patrick C. Barr-28 of Tomahawk, was charged April 18 with Felony Strangulation/Suffocation and misdemeanor charges of Battery and Disorderly Conduct.
According to court records, Barr was involved in an incident in the City of Tomahawk on April 18th in which he reportedly assaulted another party by slamming the party’s head into a wall, threw the party to the floor and choked the party.

Jamie L. Swanson-36 of Wausau, was charged April 18 with Felony charges of Possession of Methamphetamine and 4 counts of Felony-Bail Jumping.
According to court records, Swanson was involved in a traffic stop in the city of Merrill during which officers reportedly discovered a syringe which was observed near Swanson’s leg as well as a small quantity of Methamphetamine.

Terrance P. Simmons-39 of Wausau, was charged April 18 with a Felony charge of 1st Degree Sexual Assault of a person under the age of 13.
