Matthew J. Milne, 39 of Wausau, was charged on Monday February 8th in Lincoln County Circuit Court, with Felony charges of Possession of Methamphetamine; Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense) and Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
According to court records, Milne was a passenger during a traffic stop on Feb. 7th during which he reportedly became uncooperative with directives from Merrill officers. Milne was later found to be in possession of an open knife as well as gem bags containing Marijuana and Methamphetamine
