Felony Charges Filed
Daniel D. Patrykus, 19, currently incarcerated in the Waupaca County Jail, was charged on Feb. 10 with 2 counts Felony-Burglary Building or Dwelling. According to court records, Patrykus is accused of being involved in a Sep. 29 incident in which he allegedly attempted entry into a garage on Lake Street as well as a vehicle. Patrykus is also accused of forcing entry into another garage on Chestnut Street on the same date.
Jody L. Moore, 30, Wausau, was charged on Feb. 8 with Felony-Misappropriate ID Info – Avoid Penalty, Felony-Possession of Drug Paraphernalia to Manufacture, Compound, Convert, Produce, or Store Methamphetamine and Misdemeanor-Possession Drug Paraphernalia. According to court records, Moore was involved in a traffic stop on Feb. 6, during which she reportedly gave a Merrill officer a relative’s name instead of her own. Moore was also reportedly found to be in possession of a gem bag containing a white crystalline residue which later tested positive for Methamphetamine.
Matthew J. Milne, 39, Wausau, was charged on Feb. 8 with Felony-Possession of Methamphetamine; Felony-Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense) and Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. According to court records, Milne was a passenger during a traffic stop on Feb. 7 during which he reportedly became uncooperative with directives by Merrill officers. Milne was later found to be in possession of an open knife as well as gem bags containing Marijuana and Methamphetamine.
Brandon L. Hinz, 29, Merrill, was charged Feb. 5 with Resisting an Officer-Substantial Battery Harm/Soft Tissue injury.
Nathaniel L. Wingo, 17, Milwaukee, was charged Feb. 3 with felony charges of Battery By Prisoner and Child Abuse-Intentionally Causing Bodily Harm.
Austin C. Lashbrook, 17, Eau Claire, was charged Feb. 3 with felony charges of Battery By Prisoner and Prisoner throw/expel bodily waste.
Austin M. Thomas, 18, Tomahawk, was charged Feb. 1 with Forgery-Uttering.
Kobe R. Coey, 18, Tomahawk, was charged Feb. 1 with multiple drug related felony charges including 3 counts of Manufacture/Deliver THC (Under 200g)
and three counts of bail jumping.
Daniel J. Kleinschmidt, 34, Merrill, was charged Feb. 1 with Operating While Intoxicated (OWI)-5th Offense as well a misdemeanor charge of Operating while Revoked.
Julie A. Vangroll, 19, Merrill, was charged Feb. 1 with multiple felony charges including Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia to Manufacture, Compound, Convert, Produce or Store Methamphetamine as well as a charge of felony bail jumping.
