January 5
1:24 a.m.- An officer stopped a vehicle on Logan Street at East 3rd Street. The two occupants were known to be involved in methamphetamine use. A pat down of the driver revealed a replica firearm concealed in his waistband. A methamphetamine pipe and digital scale were also located on the male. A methamphetamine pipe was also located on the female passenger. Both were arrested and transported to the jail for Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. At the jail, it was found that the female had concealed a bag containing methamphetamine.
6:05 p.m.- Officers arrested a male for a probation violation in the 1800 block of East Main Street.
7:07 p.m.- Officers responded to an intoxicated driver complaint in the 500 block of West Main Street. Officers located the vehicle crashed into a snowbank nearby. The female driver was arrested for 4th offense Operating While Intoxicated.
January 6
10:30 a.m.- Officers responded to an active theft complaint. The suspects had fled the store but were located nearby. The male was arrested for retail theft, bail jumping, unauthorized use of identifying information, possession of drug paraphernalia, and a probation violation. The female was arrested for retail theft, possession of methamphetamine with intent, possession of marijuana and bail jumping.
January 7
12:22 p.m.- An officer responded to a theft complaint. The caller advised their bike was stolen from their garage. The bike was located at the police department as it was picked up a few days prior as abandoned property. The bike was returned to the owner.
10:50 p.m.- An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle. K9 Eros was deployed and indicated a positive alert on the vehicle. The vehicle was searched by officers and they located a digital scale with a white residue on it. The residue tested positive for methamphetamine. The driver was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine.
