Stone, 23, Rhinelander, was sentenced Dec. 9 on the following charges: Trespass to land, $200.50 fine; fail to validate or attach deer carcass tag, $343.50 fine; discharge firearm from/across highway, $217.90 fine; load/discharge firearm/bow in/from vehicle, $258.10 fine; place/possess/transport loaded firearm in vehicle, $258.10; shine wild animals 10 p.m.-7 a.m., $229.90 fine; shine wild animals while possessing a firearm, $544.50.

Joseph L. Pollard, 19, Lake Forest, Ill., was sentenced Dec. 9 on the following charges: Place/possess/transport a loaded firearm in a vehicle, $250.10 fine; hunt with improper license, $222.90 fine.

Edwin P. Gilbert, 35, Tomahawk, was sentenced Dec. 4 on a charge of OWI 2nd. He was sentenced to 25 days jail, 2 years probation, $1,760 fine, AODA, and 14 months driver’s license revocation.

Desiree L. Harms, 29, Tomahawk, was sentenced on a charge of OWI 3rd. She was sentenced to 45 days jail, 24 months probation and 24 months driver’s license revocation.

Timothy L. Kaufman, 39, Merrill, was sentenced Dec. 4 on a charge of battery. He was sentenced to 30 days jail, $443 court costs, AODA & ordered to have no contact with the victim.

Robert J. Minder, 55, Tomahawk, was sentenced Dec. 4 on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was ordered to pay a $100 fine.

Christian L. Krenz, 18, Merrill, was sentenced Dec. 4 on a charge of possessing amphetamine/LSD/psilocin. He was sentenced to 5 days jail.

Treg R. Leder, 25, Merrill, was sentenced Dec. 9 on charges of possessing methamphetamine, possessing a controlled substance, possessing a narcotic drug & possessing drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 9 months jail, 3 years probation, AODA.

Christopher D. Mason, 25, Tomahawk, was sentenced Dec. 3 on charges of aggravated battery & robbery by use of force. He was sentenced to 3 years prison (1 year confinement/2 years extended supervision) on the aggravated battery charge and 5 years prison (2 years confinement/3 years extended supervision) on the robbery charge.

Paidlo T. Cole, 40, Merrill, was sentenced Dec. 3 on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was ordered to pay $243 court costs.

Cheyanne D. Johnson, 36, Keshena, was sentenced Dec. 4 on a charge of retail theft $500-$5,000. She was sentenced to 2 years prison (1 year confinement/1 year extended supervision), $1,594 restitution to Walmart, court costs.

Justin W. Zastrow, 33, Stevens Point, was sentenced Dec. 3 on a charge of operating with a restricted controlled substance 2nd. He was sentenced to 5 days jail, 12 months driver’s license revocation. On a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, he was sentenced to 2 years probation.

Nicholas M. Martin, 37, Wausau, was sentenced Dec. 3 on charges of manufacture/deliver marijuana & possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to 60 days jail, 3 years probation, AODA.

John R. Schmeltzer, 54, Clarksburg, WV, was sentenced Dec. 4 on a charge of intentionally contributing to the delinquency of a child. He was sentenced to 10 days jail.

Jarret P. Sadorf, 25, Milwaukee, was sentenced to Dec. 7 on charges of possessing marijuana & possessing drug paraphernalia. He was placed on 24 months probation.

Elijah G. Record, 23, Tomahawk, was sentenced Dec. 7 on a charge of possessing marijuana. He was sentenced to 10 days jail, 1 year probation, AODA.

Tricia L. Neitzke, 26, Tomahawk, was sentenced Dec. 1 on a charge of possessing a controlled substance. She was placed on 12 months probation, fined $100 & ordered to undergo AODA.

Charges filed
Erick J. Klade, 31, Merrill, is charged with possessing meth, possessing marijuana, possessing drug paraphernalia, possessing a controlled substance & maintaining a drug trafficking place. According to court records, Merrill police executed a search warrant on Klade’s Merrill residence Dec. 2 and found numerous bags of meth, a marijuana pipe and ampethamine pills.

Kevin L. Kaufman, 42, Rhinelander, is charged with possessing marijuana, possessing meth & possessing drug paraphernalia. According to court records, Kaufman was found asleep in a Merrill residence Dec. 2 as police executed a search warrant. Marijuana and drug paraphernalia were found in his clothing.

Erin F. Kamrath, 30, Merrill, is charged with possessing meth, possessing marijuana, possessing drug paraphernalia, possessing a controlled substance & maintaining a drug trafficking place. According to court records, Merrill police executed a search warrant on Kamrath’s Merrill residence Dec. 2 and found numerous bags of meth, a marijuana pipe and ampethamine pills.

Jeremy C. Pufahl, 24, Merrill, is charged with operating after revocation & fleeing/eluding an officer. According to court records, Pufahl fled from an officer on N. Center Ave. in Merrill on Dec. 6, going through stoplights. The pursuit was terminated and his vehicle was later found parked in the city.

Zachary C. Huston, 31, Merrill, is charged with battery, disorderly conduct, strangulation and suffocation & resisting an officer. According to court records, the charges stem from a disturbance at a city of Merrill residence Dec. 5 during which Huston allegedly tried to choke a female victim, slammed her into a wall and resisted officers when taken into custody.

Gregory S. Thacker, 25, Schofield, is charged with OWI 3rd & fleeing/eluding a traffic officer. According to court records, Thacker attempted to flee officers in the city of Merrill Dec. 6. He reportedly stopped after about four blocks.

Michael G. Bohman, 40, Merrill, is charged with substantial battery-intend bodily harm. According to court records, Bohman was involved in a fight outside a city of Merrill tavern Dec. 8. The male victim suffered a broken nose and fractured eye socket.

Darold R. Crass, 33, Tomahawk, is charged with possessing marijuana, possessing drug paraphernalia & misdemeanor bail jumping. According to court records, Crass was pulled over by Tomahawk police Dec. 8 and officers found marijuana and a pipe in the vehicle.

Riley M. Hansler, 21, Tomahawk, is charged with child abuse-recklessly cause harm & 2 counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. According to court records, Hansler is accused of causing harm to a 20-month-old child at a city of Tomahawk residence on Dec. 8.
