Reading between the leaves

Gaze deeply into my crystal ball. I see something! You are going to T.B. Scott Free Library on Thursday, Oct. 22 at 6:30 p.m.
You will attend Reading Between the Leaves, a program that will unveil the mysteries of tea leaves, crystals, runes and more. It will be presented by Pearl McVay, a tasseographist (tea leaf reader) and guide knowledgeable in crystals, cards, runes and beyond; and Lauree O’Day, owner of Rivers Edge Art Gallery & Gifts of Merrill and organizer of the Psychic Faire events.
You are going for answers to the unexplained. The powers of crystals and stones will be revealed to you, such as those of an amethyst if you are stressed or restless. You will learn about various cards and runes; as well as the symbolism of numbers, animals and colors. Learn how these simple things can help guide you and give you clarity. Ah, I even see some light refreshments.
I see something else, but it’s not clear…it’s amazing…but oh, I’m so sorry, the crystal has gone dark. More will be revealed to you on that evening. You must go to the library program. Don’t forget, for this will be a unique opportunity.
Wait…I’m receiving a message now. It says that, if you have any questions, contact T.B. Scott Free Library at 715-536-7191 or visit the website www.tbscottlibrary.org. Find out what your tea leaves are telling you.
