Michael A. Frederick, 19, Merrill, criminal trespass to dwelling, sentenced to 90 days jail, lettery of apology to victim.
Genevieve L. Graap, 25, Merrill, child abuse-intentionally cause great bodily harm, sentenced to 8 years prison (4 years confinement/4 years extended supervision), AODA, psychological evaluation, no alcohol/drugs, no contact with victim.
Michael L. Selmer, 26, Tomahawk, felony bail jumping, sentenced to 4 1/2 years prison (18 months confinement/36 months extended supervision).
Allen R. Lamont, 21, Merrill, party to the crime of exposing genitals to a child & cause child 13-18 to view sexual activity, sentenced to 5 years prison (2 years confinement/3 years extended supervision), 15 years sex offender registry.
Larry W. Clark III, 33, Prentice, possess marijuana (second offense), $100 fine.
Tyler J. Hedges, 21, Merrill, party to the crime of retail theft & felony bail jumping, sentenced to 12 months probation, 10 days jail, no alcohol/taverns.
Kaycie M. Coburn, 35, Merrill, disorderly conduct, sentenced to 12 months probation.
Joshua A. Cortright, 32, Merrill, party to the crime of methamphetamine possession, sentenced to 12 months probation, AODA.
Marra A. Gomolla, 26, Wausau, party to the crime of theft, sentenced after probation revocation to 5 months jail, $998 restitution, $778 court costs.
T.J. L. Myers, 27, Merrill, manufacture/deliver amphetamine (second offense), sentenced to 6 years prison (3 years confinement/3 years extended supervision).

Charges filed
Jeffrey L. Paul, Sr., 48, Merrill, charged with misdemeanor battery, disorderly conduct & felony bail jumping. According to court records, Paul was involved in an altercation at a town of Merrill residence Sept. 21 that also resulted in the arrest of two other individuals.
Joseph M. Busterud, 52, Merrill, charged with misdemeanor battery, possession of a firearm by a felon, false imprisonment & felony intimidation of a victim. According to court records, Busterud was shot in the leg by a female at a town of Merrill residence on July 13. Prior to being shot, however, he allegedly attempted to restrain her from leaving the residence, struck her several times, then left the house. When he returned pointed the gun at him and told him not to approach her. The woman, Debra A. Engel, 59, faces charges of 2nd degree reckless injury and aggravated battery in connection with the incident.
Tammie M. Erickson, 40, Merrill, charged with contributing to the delinquency of a child & use a child to manufacture/deliver drugs. According to court records, Erickson gave cigarettes to a 15-year-old Merrill boy in exchange for his prescription medication several times in August 2015. The medication, used to treat ADHD, is a Schedule II controlled substance.
