On April 15, 2015, Dr. Thomas Parry Au.D FAAA opened the doors to six new hearing service offices, Hearing Services of Wisconsin.
“These six locations located in Antigo, Clintonville, Merrill, New London, Shawano, and Waupaca provide the region access to an Audiologist run hearing healthcare business,” said Dr. Parry. “Our mission is to provide complete hearing health services as well as tympanograms, ear wax removal, and mobile hearing care services.”
Audiologist Dr. Parry of Hearing Services of Wisconsin works in conjunction with Appleton Audiology Associates, a mobile hearing care service. He is overseen by Ear, Nose & Throat Surgical Associates, S.C, which has been providing services in the Fox Valley for 45 years.
Hearing Services follows a medical model in its approach to hearing loss, Dr. Parry said.
“We’re looking for the treatment of hearing loss, rather than just the sales of hearing aids,” he said.
Dr. Parry will be practicing at each location one day each week; however, each office is staffed with a full-time office coordinator and hearing instrument specialist.
At the Merrill office, office coordinator Marie Bacon is available from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday. Hearing instrument specialist Tom Conto is at the Merrill office on Mondays and Thursdays.
