Seventy-one students ages 6-21 from Dorinda’s Dance Studio in Merrill danced down Main Street USA at Disney World and performed at Hollywood Studios in Orlando, Florida in June. Dorinda’s dancers were also chosen to lead 300 performers from all over the world in the Electrical Parade down Main Street USA.
Along with the dancers, 51 dance families made the trek from Merrill to Orlando.
“This was truly a magical experience,” said studio owner/instructor Dorinda Gustke.
The experience included behind the scene rehearsals at Hollywood Studios and Magic Kingdom, performances in the Day Parade, Electrical Parade, and at Hollywood Studios, ending the experience with a dinner and dance celebration with the Disney characters.
