Eugene C. Montabon, age 77, passed away Sunday, July 5, 2015. Gene was a native of Gleason, WI and was son of the late the Clarence and Hilda (Schielke) Montabon. He resided in the St. Louis, MO area and was an avid sportsman. Gene was retired from Granite City Steel, Granite City, IL.
Gene is the beloved husband of Patricia Montabon (nee Nicholson); dear father of Marlo Montabon and Chad (Uyen) Montabon; and grandfather of Henry and Ruth Linneman.
Memorial visitation was held Tuesday, July 7 at Hutchens Mortuary, 675 Graham Rd., Florissant, MO 63031. Memorial Service were held Wednesday, July 8 at Atonement Lutheran Church, 1285 No. New Florissant Rd., Florissant, MO 63031.
