Nickie A. Novitzke, 33, Merrill, possess with intent to deliver narcotics, misdemeanor bail jumping (2 counts). According to court records, she attempted to sell “uppers” to an off-duty Merrill police officer at a Merrill tavern on May 25. She had a bottle of prescription medication in her purse and was out on two Marathon County bonds at the time.
Travis J. Fleischman, 43, Merrill, OWI 5th. According to court records, he was arrested after being stopped for speeding on May 23 in the city of Merrill. A preliminary breath test showed a blood alcohol level of .27.
Chad D. Hoernke Jr., 17, Merrill, manufacture/deliver marijuana. According to court records, Hoernke brought marijuana to a party in an ice shack on Lake Alexander in February 2015.
Matthew D. Moldenhauer, 35, Merrill, stalking (repeater). According to court records, the charge stems from a March 2015 incident in the city of Merrill.
