Wednesday evening, Merrill police officers responded to a theft complaint at a local fuel station.
Upon officer arrival, the suspected female party had already departed.
However, employees compiled a record of items which had been stolen; including a bratwurst, donuts, an “Angus Burger”, electronic cords and a chicken sandwich.
Thursday afternoon, the female party returned to the store.
According to officer notes, the female attempted to steal a pair of “spicy chicken” sandwiches, while wearing the same clothing as the previous evening.
The female was intercepted by officers and identified as 19 year old Alicia M. Wienandt of Merrill.
Wienandt was taken into custody on three charges of Retail Theft and Bail Jumping.
Wienandt was also banned from the station, as requested by management.
