Richard E. Stockowitz, 48, Merrill, charged with possess marijuana (2nd offense), possess illegally obtained prescription drug, possess drug paraphernalia & possess controlled substance. According to court records, Merrill police went to Stockowitz’s residence April 20 to pick him up for a probation hold and found the drugs and paraphernalia.
Michael J. Moser, 30, Prentice, charged with disorderly conduct & two counts of felony bail jumping. According to court records, Moser caused a disturbance at a Merrill restaurant when he threw food at a female customer, swore at her and attempted to forcibly feed her a pretzel. She called police, who found him crouched by a vehicle in the parking lot, drinking a beer.
