Information sought on burglary
The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office is investigating and is seeking the public’s help after a burglary in the Town of Corning.
On Wednesday evening a resident reported a home being entered by force off of County Rd. MM and numerous items were taken. The deputy noted in his report that the home seemed to have been ransacked and jewelry, four guns, electronics including a Samsung 32″ TV, a stainless steel grill, and large amount of fishing equipment were taken.
The home was considered seasonal but evidence found at the scene indicated the burglary might have taken place in the last few days.
