On 03/14/2015, Robert A. Whiting will be released from the New Lisbon Correctional Institution on maximum discharge.

He will not be on supervision. Robert plans to reside in the City of Merrill. He is NOT wanted by police at this time. This notification is not intended to increase fear; rather it is our belief that an informed public is a safer public.
Sex Offenders have always lived in our communities. It was not until the WI Sex Offender Registry and Community Notification Law was enacted that law enforcement was able to share this information with the community.

Offense Summary: Robert sexually assaulted a 15 year female relative on three separate occasions.
