Carolyn Ann (Heiser) Normand

Carolyn Ann (Heiser) Normand, 54, of Weston passed away Thursday, February 19, 2015 at Aspirus Hospital in Wausau with her family at her side after an 8-month courageous battle with cancer.
She was born January 19, 1961 in Medford, WI, daughter of Louis and Delores  (Forster) Heiser.  Carolyn received her education in Bergland, MI and Merrill High School where she graduated in 1979. She continued her education at North Central Technical College in Wausau.
On April 30, 1994 she was united in marriage to Brian Normand at Mt. Olive Lutheran Church in Weston. Brian and Carolyn made their home in Weston where she was employed by the State of Wisconsin for 30 years and worked in the offices of  Wausau Family Practice, North Central Health Care Center and currently was working as a Revenue Agent for the Wisconsin Department of Revenue.
She was a member of Mt. Olive Lutheran Church.  Her greatest moments are spent with her family and her son Brandon, who was her greatest accomplishment. Carolyn also enjoyed sewing, camping, dancing, gardening, photography, playing Sudoku and attending the Hodag Festival in Rhinelander for many years.
Carolyn  is survived by her husband Brian, her son Brandon of Weston, her parents Louis and Delores Heiser of Merrill, two sisters, Cindy (Jeff) Heiser-DeBroux of Weston, Pamela (Mike O’Brien) Heiser of Merrill, nephews Steven Heiser and Cody Heiser, a  niece Isabelle Heiser-Poppe, her mother-in-law Jan Normand of Wausau along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father-in-law Gordon Normand, grandparents Louis and Alice Heiser and Albert and Minnie Forster.
Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 28, 2015 at Mt. Olive Lutheran Church, 6205 Alderson St. Weston with Rev. Ray Conner officiating. Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until service time at the church.
