Governor?s representative to hold roundtables in Lincoln County

Cindy Polzin, Senior Director of Legislative and Local Affairs for Governor Scott Walker, will be visiting Lincoln County for two roundtable discussions on Thursday, July 31.
Cindy will be in the midst of a statewide tour of our 72 counties. Governor Walker, through Cindy, is hoping to get a better understanding of our individual county needs and how they relate to our statewide needs. These discussions are intended to give the governor feedback as to how enacted legislation has affected us in Lincoln County and how proposed legislation may impact us in the future. This is also an excellent opportunity for us to give the governor’s office feedback on how we feel they have performed over the past term.
A roundtable will be held in Merrill at 9 a.m. in room 258 at the Lincoln County Service Center, 801 N. Sales St. An afternoon meeting in Tomahawk will be held at 2:30 p.m. at the William Beudingen Training Center, W6147 State Road 86.
Any person wishing to attend the meeting who requires special accommodation because of a disability should contact the Lincoln County Clerk’s office at 715-539-1019 at least 24 hours before the meeting begins so that appropriate accommodations can be made.
