Souvenir Views of Tomahawk, the story of the Tomahawk area through photographs, was recently published for the Tomahawk Area Historical Society. Society members Dixie and Andy Zastrow compiled the over 200-page publication, sharing photographs from the organization’s collection and other contributors. Also included is the history of owners and businesses in every downtown building since the city’s inception, as researched by member, Elaine Koth.
The books may be purchased at the Tomahawk historical museum, Old Towne Mall, and Tomahawk Leader office in Merrill, and Book World in Merrill.
